That magic is nothing but a special immunity booster chutney that everyone in the family can relish along with the traditional meal consisting dal, rice, roti and sabji.”


Ingredients

1 – Raw mango

3 pods – Garlic

2 inch – Ginger

1/2 – Small onion

1 – Small tomato

1 tbsp – Anardana (pomegranate seeds)

10-12 – Fresh curry leaves

4-5 – Fresh ajwain leaves

5-6 – Fresh sweet basil leaves (niazbo)

1 cup – Fresh mint leaves

1 cup – Fresh coriander leaves

2-3 – Green chillies

Salt (rock salt) – as per taste

Tamarind/jaggery (optional)

Method

*Crush all the ingredients in mortar and pestle till it mixes well and becomes a chutney.


How to consume?

Enjoy a small serving (1-2 tbsp) with your meals.
